Shipping policy

All items should ship within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays instilled by the shipping services I use).  Smaller items will ship Ground Advantage via USPS, and higher priced/larger items ship Ground Advantage, USPS Priority or UPS Ground.  All USPS Priority Shipments include shipping insurance of $100 USD. For purchases totaling over $100 USD, additional shipping insurance is recommended. 

Icing On The Stitch ships internationally! We only ship packages with tracking via USPS or DHL. We are not responsible for any import fees, or duties etc that may incur. 

If multiple orders are placed we cannot guarantee they can be combined. 

Shipping prices include shipping and handling fees. Overages of $2 or more will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Once a package is with the shipping courier we cannot change the address or items in your order.

If a package is lost in transit we will do our best to work with you but please note replacements may not be offered.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not arrived we will do our best to work with you please note replacements may not be offered.
