Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on my part. Should that be the case, I'd be happy to correct it when communicated within 14 days of receiving an order. Be sure to read full descriptions prior to purchase and submit any inquiries to Icing On The Stitch.

Should defects occur (cosmetic or otherwise) within 14 days please inform me immediately so that I may repair. Shipping of the item to me must be paid by the customer and include tracking so that both parties may have confirmation of delivery. Return shipping will be covered by me for domestic destinations.

Repairs requested after 14 days are subject to a fee to be determined upon inquiry. The customer must cover shipping for delivery and return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
